-Many churches want to do something to reach out to their community and make a difference in the lives of their friends and neighbors, but don’t know exactly how to go about it. At Hope International Church, A cross section of our members, the Young Adults Ministry and the Evangelism Ministry see the need to visit the homeless shelters in downtown Fort Worth, as well as, other parts of the Metroplex, to feed and provide the residents with blankets in preparation for the cold winter season.
The book of Acts chapter one verses eight states that,
“You will receive power when the Holy Spirit come on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth”.
Although it rain and sometime snow heavily, the members of Hope International Church are unstoppable in the quest to dent smiles on the faces of so many out there that otherwise will have a dull Christmas. This is all part of the Vision of Hope International Church.
This Church wide event is usually led by one of its prolific servants of the Lord, Min Seth Ofori-Williams and the Evangelism Team during the Christmas Holidays. Hope International Church is hoping many counts their blessings during the holidays season and come out to be a part of the great work of giving to the community. Here, at Hope, we will never be tired of impacting the lives of people in our community and outside because that is what we were birth to do”, said Min Seth Williams, Evangelism Overseer.
